Privacy Policy
Last updated October 10, 2026
This policy explains what information Zero Three Seven Designs LLC d/b/a TAKT 3D (“TAKT 3D,” “we”) collects when you use takt3d.com, call or email us, or order parts or design work, and what we do with it. We are a 3D printing and design shop at 7950 Silverton Ave Ste 205, San Diego, California. Questions: support@takt3d.com or (844) 907-3568.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Quotes and orders — your name, email, company and phone (optional), ZIP code, order notes, the 3D model files and drawings you upload, the material and quantity you choose, and your delivery choice. If you pay, our payment processor collects your card or bank details and shipping address; we receive the address and the payment status, never your full card number.
- Contact and “describe your part” forms — your name, email, phone, and what you tell us about your project.
- Customer portal — the email address you sign in with (we email you a one-time sign-in link; there is no password), and your order history, saved parts and design projects.
- Business account details — for customers on payment terms or with a sales-tax exemption: company billing details, purchase orders, payment terms, and tax-exemption certificates.
- Emails you send us — the message, attachments and addresses.
Phone calls and chat (AI assistant)
Our phone line and the chat on our quote page are answered by Tessa, an AI assistant, who can hand off to a person. Phone calls are recorded and transcribed. We keep the recording, the transcript, and your phone number so we can follow up, settle questions about what was agreed, and improve the service; a call that needs a person is forwarded, with its recording, to our support inbox. Chat messages are sent to our AI provider to generate replies; we do not save chat conversations on our servers.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics — pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, through Vercel Web Analytics, Ahrefs Web Analytics, and Google Analytics.
- Advertising measurement — if you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, we store the ad click ID and campaign tags (for example gclid and utm parameters) in your browser for 30 days and attach them to your quote or order, so we know which ads produce orders. The Google tag on our site reports quote and purchase events to Google Ads.
- Security logs — your IP address, used to limit abuse of our forms and chat.
- Email engagement — whether an invoice or payment-link email we sent you was opened or its link clicked, so we know a bill reached you.
Your design files
Files you upload are used to quote, print, inspect and reprint your parts, and to let you reorder them later. They are stored privately and opened only by our staff and the systems that process your order. We never share, sell, or publish your files, and we do not show your parts, name or logo in our marketing without your written permission.
How we use information
- To price, make, ship and support your order or design project, and to bill and collect payment.
- To answer your questions by phone, chat and email.
- To send emails about your quote or order — confirmations, invoices, shipping updates, and, if you started a checkout and didn’t finish, up to two reminders about that quote. Every reminder has a one-click unsubscribe. We don’t send a newsletter.
- To apply sales tax correctly and keep the records tax law requires.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
AI tools we use
Besides the Tessa assistant above, we use AI tools inside our business: to draft replies to support emails (a person reviews every reply before it is sent) and to read purchase-order documents into our order system. Those tools receive the content needed for the task. Our AI providers process this data to provide the service to us.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run parts of our business for us, and only what each needs:
- Supabase — our database, file storage, and portal sign-in.
- Vercel — website hosting and analytics.
- Stripe — card and bank payments.
- Shippo and UPS — shipping labels and tracking (your name, address, phone).
- Resend and Google Workspace — sending and receiving email.
- Anthropic — the AI model behind Tessa’s chat and our email and document tools.
- ElevenLabs and Twilio — the phone assistant, call recording and call transfer.
- Google (Ads and Analytics) and Ahrefs — advertising measurement and site analytics.
We also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or customers, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
Under California law, letting the Google tag measure ad conversions on our site may count as “sharing” personal information for advertising. You can opt out by emailing us, by using Google’s Ad Settings, or by blocking third-party scripts in your browser.
Cookies and browser storage
Our site keeps a few small items in your browser:
- Ad click and campaign tags (described above), kept 30 days.
- A link to a quote you saved or started paying for, so you can pick it up again.
- Your quote cart (your model files and the options you chose), kept on your device for up to 7 days so a page refresh doesn’t lose your work. It is cleared when you pay, choose “Start over,” or sign out of the customer portal. Contact details are not kept there.
- Your light or dark theme choice, and your portal sign-in session.
- Analytics and advertising cookies set by Google, Vercel and Ahrefs.
You can clear these at any time in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
How long we keep information
We keep order, invoice and tax records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We keep your design files and order history so you can reorder; ask us and we’ll delete files and personal details we are not required to keep. Call recordings and transcripts, support emails, and quotes that never became orders are kept for our records until you ask us to delete them.
Your privacy rights
If you live in California (and in many other states), you can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of “sharing” for advertising as described above. We won’t treat you differently for asking. Email support@takt3d.com or call (844) 907-3568; we will confirm your request comes from you (usually by replying to the email address on your account) and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent.
Security
Your files and records are stored privately with access limited to our staff; files are shared with you only through short-lived private links. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send us information you’re not comfortable storing with a manufacturer.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
When we change this policy we update the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on this page. See also our Terms of Service.
