What we print for drone and UAV teams
San Diego has one of the densest UAV/FPV scenes in the country — defense, biotech aerial imaging, freestyle, and long-range. We print for all of them.
FPV frames with carbon-fiber nylon
PA6-CF and PET-CF frames absorb motor heat soak without warping. We print freestyle, long-range, cinewhoop, and ducted frames in the San Diego shop on our composite-capable FDM fleet.
Camera mounts and gimbals
Custom action-cam, GoPro, and DJI mounts — PET-CF for stiffness, TPU for vibration damping. We print replacement parts that cost less than off-the-shelf and fit better.
Payload enclosures and housings
Commercial UAV payload bays, antenna housings, FPV pod shells. PETG for weatherproof jobs, PC for impact-critical covers, PA6-CF for structural.
Landing gear and skids
Flex-tolerant TPU skids that take the abuse of rough landings. Swappable designs for platforms like DJI Matrice, Autel EVO, and custom commercial UAVs.
Motor mounts and arms
High-heat PA6-CF (180°C HDT) handles the temperatures motor mounts reach after long rips. Rush turnaround is 1-2 business days for local San Diego pilots.
